TAG Heuer 273.006-1 Chrono / 2000 Series. c1986-90
A number of you may think I'm posting exactly the same watch again, because this is the dual brother from the 273.306 Tachy I published a couple of days ago. It's basically identical, but includes a minute bezel rather of the tachy bezel.
Watch size
Nicely sized, in a width of 41mm, these 2000's sit nicely around the wrist and also have quiet a minimal profile. They're very well-crafted too, using the factory beadblasted situation, crown and pushers are extremely tool-like. Initially designed under Heuer, these black & silver dialed 2000 series chronographs are very stunning when studied carefully, particularly when offset with creamy lume such as this one. The '-1' ensures that it was whether very early or very late version, most most likely identical, but this can be a common theme through the Heuer/TAG Heuer range once the model figures were transitioned over from Heuer.TAG Heuer 273.006-1 Chrono/2000 Series.c1986-90 replica watch.
Watch movement
This model also featured the ‘super-quartz' Calibre. 185 movement ¨C it uses the Dubois Depraz 2000 chronograph module mated having a quarta movement engine.
It are visible in the 1990 TAG Heuer catalogue on OTD. The model left within the catalogue (273.206) is similar however with a component polished situation & bracelet.
